Online Book Club - Sign Up Today!

A Chapter A Day Keeps Bad Reading Away!

How cool is it that you can preview books in your email before you check them out? Here's how the online book club works:

1) Click here to go to the site to sign up,
2) Enter your email address and select the book club you'd like to join (Ex., Teen, SciFi, etc.)
3) You'll begin receiving chapters each day. New books begin each Monday. Read the emailed chapters, and if you like the book, reserve it from the library. You can now reserve online using our online catalog's MY ACCOUNT.

Volunteers Needed!

We need teen volunteers to help with the Summer Reading Carnival for kids on June 11th from 3-6 p.m. If you like to face paint, run games, do crafts, or if you have a special talent like juggling, please email me (ptalbert@ephratapubliclibrary.org) as soon as possible. Don't forget -- each time you volunteer, you get your name put into the drawing for the laptop computer!

Thanks!

X-PECT THE UN-X-PECTED @ Your Library This Summer
Every year, we have a theme for summer reading. This year, our theme is all about mystery. Don't like mysteries? Don't let that stop you! It's just a suggestion - and any reading you do counts! Comment this post to tell me about your favorite books so I'm sure I'll have them in for summer!

Volunteering @ The Library
We're looking for a few good volunteers to work with kids this summer...and to do some special projects. If you need to finish your graduation project, this is perfect for you! Stop by the circulation desk and ask for a teen volunteer form or email Penny.

Keep an eye here to find out what's happening this summer!
